The 80th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit at Baji Gauri Open Theatre, Vanita Vishram, Surat, on 15th August 2026.
The programme was a beautiful celebration of our nation’s pride and values, spreading the message of unity, peace, harmony, honesty, and integrity among the students.
The event was coordinated by Smt. Gauriben Zala and Smt. Shreta Naidu. Smt. Shreta Naidu, Principal, Dr. P.V.T. Primary Girls’ School (E.M.), also delivered the Vote of Thanks, expressing her heartfelt gratitude to the dignitaries, guests, performers, teachers, students, and everyone who contributed to the success of the programme.
Around 300 students of Standard VIII also attended the 80th Independence Day Celebration at Athwalines Police Parade Ground, organised by the District Education Officer DEO.
